This may seem ridiculous but after fighting with Chase for over 2 mos. I still have not registered a formal complaint with any customer relations officer. Partly because when I have asked for a name or a number I have not been given one. The only number I have gotten is the "research dept" fax# 614-422 7171. They ,whoever they are ,deal with customer relations.??? No name is provided and not contact phone number meaning I can't talk to a human. Clealy there must be a public relation dept with a person in charge. Does any one hav such a name or number that they have been in contact . thanks , Itri
