I set up bi-weekly payments from my Chase checking to my Chase Auto Finance account. Since doing this the past 6 months or so, I have saved over $70/month on interest. My account histories all show the scheduled repeating payments being made and this month I get an email telling me that my Chase Auto Finance payment did not process. STRANGE! I go into my checking account "repeating payments" schedule and Chase Auto Finance recurring payments is wiped out clean. No more scheduled payments. Nothing. I call Chase banking services and they have no clue what happened but can see how I did have payments setup before with frequency set to bi-weekly and forever but they can't explain what happened to it.

Coincidence? I think not.

Just imagine if I didn't have my email notifications sent to me and checked regularly. My car could be getting repossessed.

Here's an update to my follow-up experience with Chase. It ends on a good note.
