In the past month my account went into overdraft, as a result, I was charged $35.00 for a $4.50 cents cappuccino, $35.00 for a $10. fed Ex shipment,$35.00 for another $11. fed Ex shipment, $35.00 for a $9. fed Ex shipment, $35.00 for a $10.50. fed Ex shipment, and so on.... you get the picture.... The fees would not be returned. For a total of approximately $65.00 into overdraft, CHASE STOLE $210. claiming I have already been given a 'courtesy' this year!. THIS IS NOT A COURTESY, THIS IS ROBBERY! This happened to me 3 times this month alone, and they are 'bleeding' my account for money. I will be filing a law suit as soon as I find the right path and to whom I should address these issues. Does anyone on this site have success with contacting the right person to speak with?...The employees of Chase including the managers seem to be directed to "steal" or they will lose their jobs, the ethics of Chase bank is shameful. The manager at the garment center branch in New york city refused to talk to me.
