I just wanted to help expose these parasites. i took out a auto loan in the summer of 08, i became unemployed a few months later, as a result most of my payments have been late. although i might add that a payment has never been more than a month late. the problem is when i call to tell them when i can pay, it doesnt matter. these people have accused me of paying my bill whenever i feel like it, ive been told i should have better financial responsibility. the attitude of these mentally challenged people amazes me. now thw final straw, since 8am sat 6 feb 2010, these people have called me 16 times to this point. they never leave a message. so now i sit and wait for chase idiots to call me again. what is the point, i have allready called and told them when the payment is going to be made. what could they possibly want to know now?? i am paying almost 20 percent interest on this car. you would think they would appreciate that i pay every month even though i am unemployed. bottom line is that these people are losers.

Yeah, they are a bunch of losers. There are too many of us to count who have been or are being screwed by these ass clowns. You are not the only one they are doing this to. I never had an auto loan from them, I had a credit card, but they have tried to totally screw up my life. So far it is not working for them. The worst part is that I was always a person who kept up with my bills and paid my debts. When work slowed down and I was unable to keep paying on time they raised their interest rates until it took every cent I made just to keep up! I called them and told them they were crushing me with their rates and terms. They just did not care. I offered to try to pay what I could as it came in. It was not good enough for them. When I had no source of income anymore I just stopped paying them. They have gotten a judgment and have tried to tap into my income through local channels but there is just no money for them to take.
